PMC WELCOMES DR. MICHELLE MINA, INTERVENTIONAL PHYSIATRY PAIN SPECIALIST Dr. Michelle R. Mina is a board-certified physiatrist with a fellowship in Interventional Pain Management. She finished her residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the Metropolitan Hospital Center/ New York Medical College in New York, NY where she served as chief resident. She then went on to work as an attending physiatrist at Pikeville Medical Center where she eventually became Medical Director of Inpatient and Outpatient Rehabilitation Services.Under her tenure as Medical Director, the Pikeville Medical Center Inpatient Rehabilitation unit received the prestigious Excellence through Insight Award given by Healthstream Research for outstanding patient service.
